Account data: name and email (from Google/OAuth sign-in), profile image.

Usage data: generated campaigns (the business inputs you enter and the generated copy), number of generations, timestamps.

Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe; we do NOT store card data. Billing details you provide (name, address, tax number) are forwarded to Stripe.

Profile data: first and last name, and social profile links (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn) — if you provide them in your profile.

Technical & abuse-prevention data: IP address, approximate location, device/browser data, and fraud/abuse signals (e.g. proxy/VPS use) — for the security of the service.

Marketing consent: your newsletter/coupon opt-in status.

Providing the service (performance of contract), billing (legal obligation), product improvement and — with consent — analytics and newsletters (consent).

Content safety and abuse prevention (legitimate interest): generation requests are screened by automated moderation, and we may review generated content for safety, abuse-prevention and legal-compliance purposes — to protect the platform, our users and our advertising-platform integrations (e.g. Meta), and to meet legal obligations (e.g. a lawful authority request).

Newsletter/marketing: only with your opt-in consent (set in your profile); withdrawable at any time.

Google (OAuth sign-in), Anthropic (Claude — processing your inputs for generation), Stripe (payments/invoicing), Hetzner (hosting, EU), Cloudflare (CDN/security), Microsoft (Clarity — heatmaps and session analytics to improve the UI, only with consent; typed input is masked by default).

Account and campaign data are kept while your account exists or as required by law (e.g. invoicing). On account deletion, data is deleted except where retention is legally required.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Send requests to [email protected] — response within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (UK: ICO; in the EU, your local authority).
