This policy explains how REDLINE MANAGEMENT LTD (the "Controller"), operator of Ad Campaign Crafter (adcampaigncrafter.com), processes personal data under the EU GDPR (2016/679) and the UK GDPR. (Final legal review recommended.)

2. What data we process

Account data: name and email (from Google/OAuth sign-in), profile image.

Usage data: generated campaigns (the business inputs you enter and the generated copy), number of generations, timestamps.

Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe; we do NOT store card data. Billing details you provide (name, address, tax number) are forwarded to Stripe.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Providing the service (performance of contract), billing (legal obligation), product improvement and — with consent — analytics and newsletters (consent).

4. Processors

Google (OAuth sign-in), Anthropic (Claude — processing your inputs for generation), Stripe (payments/invoicing), Hetzner (hosting, EU), Cloudflare (CDN/security).

5. Retention

Account and campaign data are kept while your account exists or as required by law (e.g. invoicing). On account deletion, data is deleted except where retention is legally required.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Send requests to [email protected] — response within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (UK: ICO; in the EU, your local authority).
